Service Rates

 

Initial Set-up Visit - We come out to meet you and your pets, become familiar with your house, pick up keys 

FREE

All new dogs must complete the registration process, return paperwork, have a successful trial and pay a deposit before bookings are secured. 

Two weeks prior to the start date, full payment must be made for your booking period. 

 

Trial £35.00, per dog plus mileage if collection or drop off is required

 

Dog Walking - Includes 40 minutes walk, play, drying and changing water

From £12.50 per walk plus mileage, per dog

 

Each Additional dog in the same home

£10.00 per walk

 

House Sitting - If you are worried about leaving your pet or require them to stay "in house" why not use our sitting service

From £47.50 per day plus mileage, per dog

 

Home Boarding (Please note charges are per day, not night)

From £35.50 per day, per dog (Earliest drop off 9.00am - Collection by 11am)

A minimum booking of 4 day/nights is required for home boarding, anything under this will pay an additional charge per day of £9.00

Unsocial Hours Charge

Drop off before 10am £9.00

Collection after 11.00am £9.00 

 

Day Care (10am until 4pm) Happy to discuss if early hours are required.

Dog Home or Puppy Visits

Add £8.00 per visit plus mileage, per dog

 

Cat Care & Small Pets - I can feed every day, change water, clean up mess and change cat litter, brush if needed, medication administered.

From £8.00 per visit plus mileage, Per Animal

 

After Hours Visits - (Visits that occur before 9am or after 5pm)

Add £11.00, plus mileage per visit

 

Cancellation

Daycare - 1  weeks notice or fully payment will be required

Boarding - 4 weeks notice for a full refund

No other terms for a refund will apply

Holiday Visits - A surcharge will be added for the following days for all our services:  Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing day, New Years Eve, New Year’s Day and all Bank Holidays including Easter.  This also includes substitute holiday dates.

Pet Taxi - (Per 30 minutes, to and from destination)

From £8.00 per 30 minutes, plus mileage

 

Home Security Check (no pets)
Includes bringing in the mail, paper, water plants, adjusting lights, putting bins out etc.

From £6.00 per visit, plus mileage

 

Lock Out
I will come out to your house and unlock your door if you happen to lock yourself out as I have a key on file.
